Zettl shows which Fio payments still lack a document. Once the month is complete, download all its receipts as one PDF with a summary, plus the Fio statement. Or simply add your accountant to the company.
How it works
Check the month
The month view shows matched payments and the ones still missing a document.
Download the PDF bundle
On the Receipts page download one PDF for the month: a summary followed by all that month's received receipts and invoices.
Add the Fio statement
For a closed month download Fio's official PDF statement right from Zettl. Export a year of payments as CSV.
Or invite your accountant
Add your accountant with their own Zettl account to the company and let them download the files themselves.
Good to know
- The PDF summary has the count of matched and unmatched documents, totals per currency and a table of documents with date, vendor and amount.
- A PDF holding several invoices (an order with several sellers, say) is attached to the bundle once; the summary lists every invoice.
- The bundle holds received documents. Export issued invoices separately to XLSX or ISDOC.
- To download the PDF statement, the Fio token needs the statement download permission. Fio creates the statement only after the month ends.
- The Start plan has 2 users: you and your accountant.

Yes. Invite them to the company; as a team member they see payments and documents and can edit them.
Does Zettl do the bookkeeping?
No. Zettl prepares matched payments and documents; your accountant books them and files the tax returns in their own software.
