Make a QR payment

Nothing from the form is sent anywhere: the QR code is made only in your browser.
3 steps
How it works
Fill in the account and amount
A Czech account number with bank code (e.g. 19-2000145399/0800) or an IBAN. The account number is checked with its check digits and turned into an IBAN.
Add symbols and the due date
The variable, constant and specific symbols, due date, recipient name and message are filled in only when you need them.
Download the QR code
The QR code updates with every field. Download it as PNG or SVG, or copy its text (SPD).
Good to know
- Nothing from the form is sent to any server and nothing is stored.
- The QR payment follows the SPD 1.0 format Czech banking apps read. The generator takes Czech and Slovak accounts.
- QR payments carry no accents, so the message and recipient name lose them (Nájem → NAJEM).
- The generator checks the shape of the account number and IBAN, not that the account exists or belongs to whoever you pay.
Frequently asked questions
Short answers on this topic.
Is anything I type sent anywhere?
No. The QR code is made right in your browser. Nothing goes to Zettl's server or anywhere else, and nothing is stored.
What is a Czech QR payment (SPD)?
A Czech QR payment follows the Short Payment Descriptor standard: text with the account as an IBAN, the amount, the currency and the symbols, encoded in a QR code. Banking apps scan it and fill in the payment.
Should I download PNG or SVG?
PNG goes into an e-mail, a document or a web page. SVG is vector, so it stays sharp at any size, for example in print.
Does the generator cost anything, or do I need an account?
No. The generator is free and needs no sign-up.
