GPC / ABO statement to POHODA (XML import)
Load a GPC statement from Fio banka, enter the company ID (IČO) and download an XML you import in POHODA into the Bank agenda as bank movements. The XML is built by the same code as Zettl's POHODA export and checked against Stormware's schemas. Free, no sign-up, and the file is never sent anywhere.

How it works
Download the statement at Fio
In Fio internet banking choose the statement and the GPC (ABO) format.
Load it and enter the IČO
The IČO must match the company in POHODA. Fill in the bank account's abbreviation from POHODA so the movements land on the right account.
Download the XML
One bank movement (receipt or expense) per statement line, with the symbols, counter account and counterparty.
Import it in POHODA
In POHODA via File / Data communication / XML import/export, as our guide shows.
Good to know
- The file is not sent to any server and nothing is stored.
- GPC carries no currency, so the movements are in CZK. The tool is not for a foreign-currency account.
- Importing the same statement twice creates the movements twice; POHODA does not reject them by number.
- The tool does not match movements with documents. Zettl does, and sends POHODA the documents and the pairing symbol too.

Is my statement sent anywhere?
No. Only your browser reads and converts the statement. Nothing goes to Zettl's server or anywhere else, and nothing is stored.
Why do you need the IČO?
POHODA imports an XML only into the accounting unit with the same IČO as the file. Without it the import fails.
Will POHODA load the file?
The XML follows Stormware's version 2 schemas (Bank agenda) and is encoded Windows-1250, like POHODA's sample files. Try the import on one statement first.
Does the tool cost anything, or do I need an account?
No. The tool is free and needs no sign-up.
